Orders can be shipped worldwide.
Delivery takes up to max2 working days to all orders in Cairo, Giza & Alexandria and up to 5 working days to all other destinations in Egypt.
Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to the provided e-mail address. If you do not receive confirmation e-mail, please email us on email@example.com .
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders & Payments
After placing your order and filling in the required information, a confirmation will displayed with your order details and your order number. You will have the option of choosing the method of payment. Either cash on delivery or via Visa.
We would like to ensure our customers that all information collected on our site is secure and will not be misused in any way.
When ordering or signing up on our site we request the following information: name, e-mail address, phone number and the delivery address you wish to receive your order at.
Once we’ve collected your information, you’ll be able to conduct orders without having to go through the same process all over again. Simply, sign into your account, do your shopping and once you checkout, you’ll find your information saved in our system.
Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company or outside parties for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased good.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction with your online purchase is our aim.
If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept an exchange of an unworn item within 2 days once purchase is received. Items received outside this period may not be accepted. In this case, however, an extra exchange charge of LE 50 will be added to the delivery charge.
Items should be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in anyway. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest you try on the items as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.
Every product we send out is quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as you have notified us upon arrival that the piece is damaged. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
In case of having received a faulty item or a wrong size please e-mail us at email@example.com to arrange the return. We will replace it, if item is available on stock or refund you upon return.
We reserve the right to deny refund of the garment returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
