• Orders can be shipped worldwide. Delivery takes up to max2 working days to all orders in Cairo, Giza & Alexandria and up to 5 working days to all other destinations in Egypt. Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to the provided e-mail address. If you do not receive confirmation e-mail, please email us on mim@mimcreativewear.com . Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Every product we send out is quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as you have notified us upon arrival that the piece is damaged.
