• Orders can be shipped worldwide. Delivery takes up to max2 working days to all orders in Cairo, Giza & Alexandria and up to 5 working days to all other destinations in Egypt. Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to the provided e-mail address. If you do not receive confirmation e-mail, please email us on mim@mimcreativewear.com . Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

• Your satisfaction with your online purchase is our aim. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept an exchange of an unworn item within 2 days once purchase is received. Items received outside this period may not be accepted. In this case, however, an extra exchange charge will be added to the delivery charge. Items should be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in anyway. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest you try on the items as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe. Every product we send out is quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as you have notified us upon arrival that the piece is damaged. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
