Description

A poncho and a hand-woven scarf, made to be worn together. A soft, wide knit poncho with an open front, deep patch pockets and turn-up sleeves in a contrast colour, paired with a long fringed scarf.

The scarves are hand woven in Nagada, Upper Egypt, on old wooden looms – a weaving tradition passed down for generations in the village. Each one is a little different.

Four colourways, each with its own scarf:

  • Black with grey cuffs and a grey & off-white woven scarf
  • Teal with olive cuffs and a blue, grey & brown striped scarf
  • Red with black cuffs and a sand, mustard & charcoal striped scarf
  • Orange with olive cuffs and a sand pinstripe scarf
  • Free size – relaxed, wide fit
  • Open front, two patch pockets, turn-up contrast cuffs

Care: hand wash cold, mild soap, dry flat in the shade. Hand wash the scarf separately.
